Banana Espresso Chocolate Chip Muffins

I sometimes buy bananas specifically to let them go brown to make these muffins from the cookbook Baked: New Frontiers in Baking by Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito. Also, my son just texted from college to ask for the recipe.
